Returns Made Simple
We accept returns in line with the conditions below to ensure a fair and consistent process for all customers.
1. Change of Mind Returns
We offer returns for change of mind, subject to the following conditions:

Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Item must be in resaleable condition

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Store Credit (Recommended)

A reduced 15% restocking fee applies

Credit can be used on any future purchase

All returns must be approved in writing prior to return

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded:

Special order or made-to-order items

Clearance items

LED strip lights and aluminium profiles

Gift cards
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may have already been processed or ordered from the supplier and cannot be cancelled.
4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To lodge a claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess and provide a resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
This may include a repair, replacement, or refund where required.
We do not cover any electrician, labour, or installation costs under any circumstances.
5. Warranty
All products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims require:

Proof of purchase

Evidence of the fault

Installation by a licensed electrician (where applicable)
Warranty outcomes are typically repair or replacement.
6. Returns Process

All returns require prior written approval

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns
7. Important Information

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions

Refunds will only be processed once goods are received and inspected
