Order Processing
- Orders are processed within the timeframe specified by the brand, pending availability and order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $200
- For domestic orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $14.99 applies
- We currently ship within Australia only
Oversized, Bulky & Remote Area Deliveries
Some products are classified as oversized, bulky, heavy, or fragile, and certain delivery locations (including regional, rural, or remote areas) may attract higher-than-standard courier charges.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount charged at checkout (including free shipping orders), our team will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm the additional freight cost.

- Approve and pay the additional shipping charge, or
- Cancel the order for a full refund
Orders will not be dispatched until shipping costs are confirmed and approved.
